Shipping & Returns
We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is new, unworn, in its original packaging, and has all tags and hygiene stickers attached.
How to start a return or exchange:
Log in to your account, or contact us at sales@biliblond.com. As long as you reach out within the 14-day window, we’ll honor your request, even if our response takes longer. Once approved, you'll receive a link to ship your package back.
Return Shipping & Handling Fee:
A $10 USD shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. If you choose store credit, this fee is waived. For exchanges, there is a $10 USD shipping fee.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 5–12 business days after we receive your return. It may take an additional 1–6 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us right away at sales@biliblond.com with photos of the issue. After review, we’ll let you know if a replacement is possible.
Sale Items:
Items marked “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return, exchange, or price adjustment. Other sale items or items purchased with a discount code may be returned or exchanged within 14 days for store credit or exchange only.
Inventory Notice:
Please note that due to high demand, some items may sell out faster than our system can update. If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we’ll contact you promptly to resolve the situation.
