Exchanges & Returns
To keep things smooth for everyone during our busiest time of year, please note the following:
- Exchanges will be accepted on Black Friday purchases for Change of Size. Our $10 Exchange Fee still applies.
- You can still return your purchase for store credit or a refund, as long as it’s within our regular 14-day return window.
- All returned items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Refunds and store credits will be issued for the amount paid after discounts (not the original price) Our $10 return fee still applies for all refunds.
A Few Important Notes
- Black Friday discounts are available only during the sale period and cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
- Prices and offers may change without notice.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.
